Every week of pregnancy, explained gently.
Calm, week-by-week guidance for new moms — what your baby is doing, what your body is feeling, and what actually helps. Plus birth prep, baby care, and honest tips — three long videos a week and a gentle Short every day.
Your pregnancy, week by week
Slide to your week and see how big your baby is, what's changing, and one gentle thought for the days ahead. Picking your week also fills the “Your Week kit” right below — a complete package made only for that week: its video, its blog guide, a guideline written for that week, a food routine for that week, and a Short matched to this stage. Nothing there is random, and nothing is shared between weeks.
Your Week 12 kit
Matched to your week · not randomPick a week above and this kit rebuilds itself around it — a complete package for that week only: the week's video, the week's blog guide, a guideline written for this exact week, a food routine for this exact week, and a Short matched to this stage of pregnancy. Every week has its own package — nothing is copied across weeks, nothing from another week sneaks in, and anything that isn't published yet is honestly marked “coming soon” instead of linking you somewhere else.
What to do in Week 12
On your plate in Week 12
Sizes are approximate averages, just to help you picture your baby. This page offers general information only and is not medical advice — always follow your own doctor or midwife.
When is your baby due?
Tell us the first day of your last period and we'll estimate your due date — and show you the week you're in right now.
Most babies arrive a little before or after the estimate — only about 1 in 20 shows up on the exact day.
Pick your date and tap calculate — we'll also find your current week for you.
This calculator gives a rough estimate based on a typical 28-day cycle. It is general information only, not medical advice — your doctor or midwife will confirm your dates, often at your first ultrasound.
Mom Tools
Three little helpers to keep beside you each day — count baby's movements, time contractions when the day comes, and keep your own week close at hand. No account, no sign-up: just tap and go.
Your entries stay on this device — private by design.Kick Counter
Settle somewhere comfy, rest a hand on your bump, and tap the big button each time baby moves. Most moms count toward 10 movements in one sitting.
Saved sessions
A gentle guide: many providers suggest noticing about 10 movements within up to 2 hours. Every baby has their own pattern, though — if movements slow down, change, or you are worried at any point, contact your healthcare provider promptly. This counter is for personal tracking only, not medical advice.
Contraction Timer
One button does it all: tap when a contraction starts, tap again when it ends. The timer keeps each duration and how far apart they are, so you can share a clear picture with your care team.
Last 5 contractions
A general guide only: many providers mention the 5-1-1 pattern — contractions about 5 minutes apart, lasting about 1 minute, for about 1 hour — as a sign it may be time to head in. Your own provider's guidance comes first, always: follow the plan you made together, and contact your care team with any concern. Not medical advice.
My Week Tracker
Tell the tracker your due date — or the first day of your last period — just once. From then on, this spot will always open on your week: how far along you are, how big baby is, and a button straight to your Week kit.

Your date is saved only in this browser, on this device — the same privacy promise as the other tools. Nothing is sent anywhere.
These tools are for general information and personal tracking only — not medical advice. Always follow your own healthcare provider's guidance.
